Thanks for the chapter. I wonder witch tile will Megan discard, because based on Nodoka's starting hand she is likely waiting on the 4- and 7-pin. If Megan discards a 4-pin in order to get to tenpai, she will be likely ronned.
On page 124 you can see Nodoka's starting hand. On page 128 you can see her discards in the pond. She already cleared the darkness, but she still didn't discarded her tiles yet. So she can still call riichi by discarding the 5- and 8-pin.

I don't think we see Nodoka's starting hand this round, and nothing in her discards points to 4p being super dangerous.
DeleteFurthermore, Megan can only clear the darkness if she has a yaku other than riichi. In this case that's pinfu, and she needs to discard 4p to get it.
