Kanna's whole story of being a child prodigy whose innate talents are suddenly are no longer carrying her, forcing her to actually put work in is such a common and realistic situation, it's a wonder you don't see the theme more often. And it looks like this is the moment when she finally discards the pride that was holding her back. Kanna just might end up being the first (chronologically) Batman-type player a la Satoha, Kyouko, Mairu or Yumi. And on the opposite side you have Shino losing sight of her tanoshii under the pressure of responsibility.
Poor Kanna, I think she wouldn't be really able to maintain will to play for much long having Shino nearby.
ReplyDeleteI would think so too but she still has hope it seems.
DeleteThanks Akio!
ReplyDeleteHmm, unfortunately Kanna has no extraordinary ability like Shino, but maybe she can become a master of studying opponents like Harue.
ReplyDeleteYeah, Kanna could really be the badass normal who doesn't have an ability but can adapt to any situation depending on her opponent.
Deletethe things abput kanna is she doesnt have a supernatural power like shino or specialized play like hayari's speed style.
ReplyDeleteso i guess her playstyle will be more of digital mahjong, like nodoka style,
