Saki 195: Wholehearted & Toki 26: Necklace 1

There was a new Ritz's blog post but no answers to readers questions or anything really interesting. Mostly an apology for unfinished pages and that sort of stuff. Oh, and Shinohayu and Toki volumes are getting additional printings (must have sold more than expected, I guess).

Saki chapter 195:
Saki ch195 (Mega)
Saki ch195 (Mediafire)

Toki chapter 26 Ryuuka chapter 1:
Toki ch26 (Mega)
Toki ch26 (Mediafire)

  1. So the mystery to the necklace is in a dead hamster, huh. Surprisingly silly.

And I guess Ryuuka acted weirdly around Toki because Toki reminded her about Hamumu?

    1. The "hamster" (actually a guinea pig) appearance is surprising, that's for sure. I always thought it would be a human friend who died/had to move to another city or something like that. But perhaps there's more to it than this.

  3. Can we rather talk about Ryuuka’s mom’s hair colour? We’ve always been told they look exactly alike and seen them in black and white, so I thought she had black hair like Ryuuka—but no!

    1. Well, the resemblance is still there, just different hair color. Or maybe she dyes it.

  4. I suppose Toki's grandma is taking a wait and see approach for now because I was totally expecting her to say something to her daughter at some point in this chapter.

    1. It took me two days to realize that I mistakenly wrote Toki's grandma instead of Ryuuka's grandma...

    1. Not nerfed. Yuuki and Kuro have been buffed a little. Nerfed would be if Teru's speed had been reduced. But Teru's never been known for being fast and Yuuki is normally very quick in East Round.

Teru's been trying to move the match along, which is the wisest thing to do in this situation. Still one and a half hanchan to go. Teru's chance to strike will come, she knows that. She's calm and biding her time. She probably won't win as many points as in semifinals but then again her teammates probably won't lose so many either.
