Nodoka's strength comes forth when she's able to play comfortably like she's at her computer. So rather than a special move, I expect it to be a power up at the individuals (maybe the 2nd hanchan, but I think she needs more time to practice).
Hmm, good point! Maybe the tie comes with the collar built in? I see in Google that some do exist like that, although they’re labelled “dog neckties” for pets…
