Saki 204: Sharp

'Sharp' is meant to be read as 'a person with sharp senses' but clearly there is a double meaning with 'a sharp blade' too.

  2. Why did Yuuki not get ippatsu tsumo?

  3. The silhouettes in the panel where Satoha's sense of distance is explained really caught me off-guard.
Are we getting a battle shounen spinoff featuring Satoha next?

    1. Sounds crazy but if a few months ago someone said we'd be getting a gourmet spinoff featuring Mako, no one would have taken it seriously.

  4. Why is her hand 12300? Isn’t Yuuki dealer? Satoha’s hand is only 4 fan, 30 fu; 8000 points + Yuuki’s riichi + repeat bonus.

    1. Isn't it 5 han? Riichi, tanyao, pinfu, closed sanshoku. If there was one uradora (we don't see it), 6 han = 12000. And 300 from the repeat bonus.

    2. Or ippatsu instead of uradora.

    3. Oh, I forgot riichi, and it seems like ippatsu. That explains it, thanks.

Surely no uradora when Kuro is at the table!
