But in that case, I wonder why they didn't just say popularity poll. More details on the next issue, but unfortunately next issue doesn't have a chapter. I'm curious too... I thought she was able to control and stockpile her luck, but she talked in a much more passive way this chapter. I wonder how much control over her luck she actually has?
DeleteI get the nuance that Nelly is able to shift the amount of Luck but the amount still the same ( she can increase her luck in one turn but she has to reduce on the other turn to keep it in balance). Maybe she decided not to use it this turn and gauging how powerful her opponents is with the baseline luck.
