According to Ritz, even though the win for East 2 Bonus 1 is not shown in this chapter, it does happen and it will be added in the volume version.
On another note, the cover character for Saki's new volume (vol.27) was supposed to be Shizuno and Ritz already made the drawing for it but since Shizu will feature more prominently in vol.28, her drawing will be saved for that volume and this volume's cover will feature somebody else.
Shinohayu returns with a short chapter but looks like we'll have a chapter next month too.

This chapter's title (ato makura = after pillow) could also be translated as "Before and after" or "Front and rear" or several other generic meanings like that. However, given Toki & Ryuuka's history with lap pillows, it looks like the author just picked an obscure word that has "pillow" in it. So to keep the key word in the title, I went for a more literal translation.
